We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed and leave our facility or a partner warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Shipping options
FREE standard shipping on all US orders of $60 or more.
Standard shipping: flat $4.95 - delivery typically takes 5-14 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping: $15 - priority processing (dispatched within 1 business day) and the fastest delivery service available for your item, typically 3-8 business days after dispatch.

Why times vary
Some items ship from US facilities and arrive sooner - our US-printed apparel typically arrives in 5-8 business days. Pet essentials shipped from our overseas partner warehouses typically take 10-14 business days. The standard window above already includes the slowest case, so your order should never take longer than 14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times
