Some nights are just loud. Calm Muffs are padded ear covers that help soften fireworks, thunder, and party noise so your dog can settle instead of panic.
What they do

A note on honesty: these are comfort ear covers, not hearing-protection equipment, and we don’t publish decibel ratings — no pet ear cover can promise silence. What they do is take the edge off, and they work best with a calm, quiet room and you nearby.
Fit — please measure before you order
These muffs come in three sizes (S, M, L); the ear cups measure about 3.9 × 4.3 in (10 × 11 cm). Measure around your dog’s head, directly in front of the ears, and pick the size that lets the cups sit centred over the ears. Between sizes or heavy fur? Size up — a seal that gaps doesn’t muffle. If your dog measures outside that range, this isn’t the right fit for them, and we’d rather tell you now than sell you the wrong thing.
Tie it right: the strap needs to be tied snugly — not tight enough to pinch, but firm. A loosely tied strap is the number-one reason ear muffs slip off on the first head shake and stop doing their job. Take ten seconds to tie it properly and check the cups sit centred over the ears.
First wear
Pre-adjust the strap before the big night, and do one short practice session with treats a few days ahead — a dog meeting the muffs for the first time mid-fireworks is a dog who won’t wear them.
Safety
Always supervise your dog while the muffs are on. Remove them once the noise has passed, and check the skin under the pads during long wear. Not for outdoor use where your dog needs to hear traffic and other hazards.
