So we built the opposite.

The Personalised 14-Day Calm Plan is a daily routine built by hand around YOUR dog — triggers, alone-time, age, and what you've already tried — using our own music library, Music for Anxious Dogs, Vol. 1.

No two days sound the same. The music rotates through three programmes (Sleep, Away, Storm), sessions start before the moments your dog struggles, and week two leans into whatever your log says settled your dog fastest.

This plan supports calm and relaxation in a daily routine. It isn't a treatment for anxiety disorders, and we'll never promise calm by a certain day — the settle log shows what's really happening.

FAQ

How personalised is it, really?

Every plan starts from your quiz: your dog's name is on it, programme weighting follows their main trigger (alone-time dogs get a different plan from storm dogs), the build-up follows your real schedule, chew timing appears only if you use chews, and the settle signs are your dog's. In the test phase a human assembles every plan.

What music is in the plan?

Our own album, Music for Anxious Dogs, Vol. 1 — slow, sparse solo piano arranged into Sleep, Away and Storm programmes, plus long editions (3H, 8H, 12H, gentle rain). Links are for the service you already use: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or our app.

Why does the music change every day? Can't I just loop one track?

You can — and most dogs tune it out within days. An unchanging soundscape fades into the background; that's habituation, and the most common reason "calming music stopped working." Rotation is the entire point of the plan.

Is it a subscription?

No. $19 once. If you later want the programmes rotating automatically, the Drowsepaw Calm app does that — optional; your plan works without it.

Are the Calm Chews included?

The plan is digital; chews aren't included in the $19. If you already have our Calm Chews, your plan includes their timing (30–60 minutes before predictable triggers, per the label). If you'd like to add them, they're on this store — and if you don't want chews, your plan is built music-only.

My dog's anxiety is severe — will this fix it?

We won't claim that, and be wary of anyone who does. If your dog hurts themselves, tries to escape, or panics destructively, please work with your vet or a certified behaviourist. This plan can support a calmer routine alongside professional help — and your settle log is useful at that appointment — but it isn't a substitute.

What if it doesn't help my dog?

Then your log will show it honestly, and we'd rather you tell us. Reply to your plan email — in the test phase we read every reply and log, because that's how the plan gets better. If we got your dog's profile wrong, we'll rebuild the plan once, free.

How fast will I get my plan?

Within 24 hours of the quiz (usually much faster). Without the quiz we can't build the plan — we'll remind you twice by email, gently.

Can I buy it as a gift?

Yes — buy it, forward the quiz link to the dog's owner, and tell us their email in a reply so the finished plan goes to them.
